If the EMV display shows a error indicating "PED Tampered" as shown below, this indicates the EMV has been physically damaged or an attempt to open the terminal was made. It is no longer able to process payments. Please text 513-717-5500 or email support@tdome.com to have a new terminal sent to your location. Please include the SpotOn terminal ID (i.e. Register 1, Bar 2, etc). This applies to all PAX EMV terminals.
